36lbs

You will never find a each weights for 36 lbs. I bought this bike only for this reason. Most of folding ebikes weigh over 50 lbs and the call the ebikes lightweight. We all know it would be never EASY to carry around for an adult. High-end options like Specialized's carbon fiber bikes are crazy expensive. A friend of mine spent $20,000 customizing one. All things considered, I think the Hurricane meets the needs well, even though I'm aware that many people do not favor this type of bike.

Bought for my kids

I bought it for my 16 year old kids. In his high school, most classmates who ride ebikes have opted for the Super 73. Surprisingly, the Hurricane is popular due to its unique road bike appearance. The price is much competitive compared to the Super 73. y child is very satisfied with the Hurricane, and I would be willing to spend an extra $1000 to upgrade to a mid-drive version if one becomes available in the future.

Well-design Bike

$1199 is not a cheap price at all. But you can't buy any well-designed models like this in the market. I bought it because of the weight. It only weighs 36 pounds. I don't like the 80 lbs all-terrain ebikes that hard to carry. From my personally riding experince, the hurriance is super easy to get on. The riding experience is so smooth likes I am riding a torque sensor bike.

Road bikes

Road bikes are super expensive in the market. My dream is to cycle across the entire United States on a Trek bike, but I’ve had knee surgery. The Hurricane is the most cost-effective bike I've had. I can ride 50 miles for a single charge. I've test-ridden my friend's Radrover 5, and to be honest, it wasn't easy to ride with its weight and wide tires. If you're looking to ride on roads and in cities, I highly recommend the Hurricane.

Definitely a keeper.

Wrapped in layers against the crisp 10°C winter air, I kicked off my ride on the Hurricane from Portsmouth Square aiming for the Golden Gate Bridge. The sleek frame of the Hurricane really stood out on the city streets, and its swift speed had me zipping through the urban landscape in no time. It's super lightweight and the throttle responds on a dime, so weaving through traffic was a breeze. The battery's cleverly tucked into the down tube of the frame, which not only looks slick but also keeps the juice flowing for the long haul. On my way back, I glanced at the battery gauge and noticed I still had two bars left after cruising around 30 miles. That just goes to show the Hurricane's got more than enough stamina for short trips. This bike? Definitely a keeper.

Like its slender design

The first thing that drew me to the Hurricane was its stunning appearance. I snagged this during New Year sale and was pleasantly surprised to receive it within a week. Waiting for a break in the winter chill, I finally got the chance to take my new bike for a ride. The bike's frame is incredibly slender and fluid – it's a design I find myself enamored with.. As I navigated through the city, the narrow tires of the Hurricane lived up to their promise. The narrow design indeed offered reduced resistance, which allowed me to slice through the headwinds and pedal with ease. This bike delivers a faster riding experience, just as advertised. Cutting through the chilly air, I felt as swift as the wind itself. If this is what the Hurricane can do in winter, I can hardly wait for spring.

36lbs

I bought Hurriance at $1000, it's not cheap at all. I've bought more than 5 ebikes and was pleasantly surprised to find that the Hurricane is the most comfortable to ride, as it only weight 36 lbs. You can't find a 36 lbs adult bikes in the market. Its acceleration and riding feel are completely different from fat tire ebikes, and what I love most is this feeling of effortless riding. My husband is a larger guy, and the seat on the Hurricane isn't suitable for him. He need a larger seat.

Good EBike value for the price

Arrived in good time, easy to assemble...the only con I have are the French Valves which are always harder to keep filled with air. I would have liked for the e bike to have also full power via switch instead of peddle assisted only (but I knew that when I purchased it. Also, it seems much heavier than 36 pounds as stated
