New to the e-bike community I was overwhelmed by the choices for our first ebike. I did all I could to make sure I was making an informed choice and read and watched as many reviews as possible. KBO was among the best reviewed and was also being sold by a local bike shop which helped tremendously in our decision. The bikes arrived much faster than I expected and were very easy to assemble after watching the videos. If you follow along step by step the assembly is quick and simple. These bikes impress every time I take a ride and the initial quality is outstanding. Recommend highly to anyone looking for a great riding e-bike!

Hub motor is bit too small, struggles to keep me going up hills. Wife's Breeze has bigger motor, keeps her going better. I'm also 225 pounds so that also plays into it, but wish motor was same as on Breeze. Also never received rear basket for basket set option. Only received front basket so far, has been over 6 weeks since order.

This basket is good for carrying groceries and supplies. Love my KBO bike!

They say that wisdom lies in what learned and experienced. What I experienced last year with Oasis was just pure joy to be enjoying the great outdoors, getting plenty of exercise and seeing the sea side. At a time when our lives were challenged to stay inside. I put on 1100 miles from June to November, and learned to once again enjoyed the days as when I was younger. But grateful for the fun and excitement of the ride. Once again, I am outside now and seeing new sites along the way. Thanks again for providing me an opportunity to enjoy the great outside, to stay healthy and feel alive.

First time rider of an Ebike and chose Ranger and Oasis. Bought 2 / one each for me and my husband . Great product! Customer service was very helpful for a couple of assembly questions. The bike has performed as expected. Carried the bikes from Ohio to California this summer and they have been so much fun to ride. Overall, great product and service.
