Shipping Info

1. Shipping Area 

Shipping within the Continental United States is FREE (Except Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico).

The cost of shipping to Canada is $100 per ebike ($5 per accessory) and all sales to Canada are in USD.

We ship via FedEx or UPS and we do not ship to PO BOXES or APO.

2. Delivery Time

In-stock orders typically ship the next business day, unless otherwise noted on the product page. (In the rare occurrence that we cannot ship your order within 24 hours, we promise to ship it within 2 business days). A shipping confirmation email will be sent to your email once the order has shipped. The carrier is FedEx or UPS. Please allow 2~7 business days for your shipment to arrive at your address. For any third-party shipping, we cannot provide any additional shipping information or documentation. Any delivery dates provided by KBO are estimates.

3. Order Tracking

You track your order and shipping & handling information on your account if you have registered one on www.kbobike.com. If you haven't registered on our site, you can also track your order here with your tracking number. For more shipping information, send an email to support@kbobike.com. We will get back to you in 24 hours.

4. Shipping Address Changes

You can enjoy the FREE address-changing service BEFORE we provide you the tracking number.

$20 WILL BE CHARGED when the items are in transit. (We cannot guarantee the address will be successfully changed due to the complicated situations. If fails, we will refund the $20.)

We don't accept address changing if the package has already been delivered successfully.

5. Claim For A Lost Package

If you did not receive the package after the tracking status shows it has been delivered, please contact us within 3 business days. Otherwise, the customers need to contact the corresponding logistics company directly to start a claim. We don't accept package lost claims after three days from the delivered date.
