For the price this bike is awesome. The speed is great, battery is good. I ordered the extra battery. I really couldn’t ask for more. I had a few issues with damaged parts due to shipping and it was missing the extra battery. Customer service was spot on and got me take care very expeditiously. I have already recommended this bike to family and friends.

Wow! That word sums up our overall review of our KBO e-bikes! So far the bikes have been amazing! It's absolutely nothing for us to ride 20-30 miles on each outing and we live in a very challenging community of hills! I love that I can ride it as a regular bike but get assistance when I need it. Love your bike and love your service as well. We had a small issue with one of our seats, but you resolved it more than we expected. Thank you KBO!
