We ship to locations within the United States for free except Alaska and Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.

As a consumer direct business, we make sure our products are priced competitively year-round, so you can be sure you're always getting the best deal on a high-quality bike. Promotions are also announced on our Instagram and Facebook pages, so be sure to follow us for all news updates.

If you pay by credit card, your payment could be somehow denied at the checkout by our system in defense against possible credit card fraud. It's a good idea to call your credit card company or bank ahead of time to let them know about the purchase so that it doesn't get declined. Under such circumstance, here are 4 solutions for you:
1. Call the customer service number on the back of your credit or debit card and speak to a representative letting them know you are authorizing the payment. Once they put an authorization through, you should be able to process your payment once more on our website and the order will be accepted.
2. Please switch to your other credit/debit card.
3. If you have a Paypal account, please try to pay by PayPal.
4. If you do not have a Paypal account, please select PayPal still at the checkout page & click the complete order button. Then you'll be directed to a page with access to both PayPal and Debit/Credit card payment (for the latter option, you don't have to register for PayPal). Then you can complete your order with your credit card by checking out as a guest.

We accept debit or credit cards (Visa, MasterCard). We do accept PayPal as a payment method. The financing payment method is available.

In-stock orders typically ship the next business day, unless there is related shipping information noted on the product page. (In the rare occurrence that we cannot ship your order within 24 hours, we promise to ship it within 2 business days.) A shipping confirmation email will be sent to your email once the order has shipped. The courier will be FedEx or UPS. Please allow 2~7 business days for your shipment to arrive at your address. For any third-party shipping, we cannot provide any additional shipping information or documentation. Any delivery dates provided by KBO are estimated dates.

We believe that communication is the best way to solve any problems. To help you solve the problem as quickly as possible, please describe the problem in detail and provide photos and / or videos so that we can diagnose the problem quickly.
