My kbo and long ride

I am towing 80 lbs behind my kbo.
I'm not getting the battery power I need. It's my fault. I'm towing my dog up a lot of hills.
This ebike is amazing. I've gone from lakeland fl to mt vernon ga no problem.
I still have 250 miles to go to nc.
I definitely promote, encourage, and stand behind this ebike.
I don't think it was intended to do what I'm doing on it. 700 miles across 4 states. A lot better than a car. Challenging? Yes. Most stores library and churches will allow you to power up free.
