❤️this bike. I look forward to riding it every day. I'm 55 and haven't ridden since I was a teenager. This bike is easy to ride and climbs hills with ease. I only have one problem with this bike and that is that we have to adjust the brakes because they are so noisy...I think we may have to change them to better quality brakes. I really want to order a bicycle rack, but it is said that it will not be shipped until mid-April... What can I do? All we can do is wait.

Great for hiking

Had some "issues" set up the bike. The instructions weren't very clear, but I was able to get it done. Easily charge the battery and put it back on the bike. It took me some time to get used to the handling, but I found this to be a very comfortable bike to ride. Great for hiking and when I'm tired.

Sturdy

A bike allows my wife to keep up with me in the city, on the trails, camping, in the mountains, visiting friends in the neighborhood, or just going to the local mall to get ice cream. Western Washington is mountainous, and there are places that basically require legs of steel to enjoy. This bike can take off the hills with ease, allowing you to enjoy the entire ride. This bike exceeded our expectations, is very sturdy and easy to handle. Definitely getting us out more.

Handles well

The bike handles very well in urban or suburban environments. It holds up in city traffic and cuts my commute in half. It's probably a little too heavy, but I like the weight and the stability the wide tires provide, especially when I have to go a little faster on country roads when it's windy.

After orienting myself to bike I headed for the hills. Highest hill in Wilamette Valley…Mary's Peak. OUTSTANDING PERFORMANCE ON THE HILL CLIMBING and the ride exceeded my expectations. REALLY LOVED the BRAKES coming down the hills on the Tornado…gives me a real sense of control and feeing SAFE. Looking forward to getting on back roads in Oregon ...

After a few months of great riding, I seemed to have lost the speed controller on my ride today. The bike won't start. This is my second bike. The first one developed motor failure after 6500 miles. The service was decent, I bought a replacement wheel for $350 and I was back on the road. Wish me luck

Great Bike.

As a 5-foot-9, 60-year-old woman, the learning curve for riding an e-bike was short. By the way, it's a bit heavy and requires some handling. The bike weighs 72lb. The seats are comfortable, the battery life is great, and the pedal assist and throttle are great! Electric bikes make riding longer distances so much fun! On my third ride, I easily rode 20 miles. Building the bike myself was super easy with the help of YouTube. It would be much easier with two people. I'm looking forward to putting more miles on this great bike. The only thing I would do differently is buy the commuter version for ease of operation. Next time I buy a bike rack for my Tornado.

Prices are good.

Stable, fun, bike to ride for the price. The battery life is not great but is to be expected with a heavy fat tire. And I've had issues with the throttle within a couple months of buying but, getting into fat tire ebike - not sure anyone elses prices are as good.
